Screen Printing is the most popular method of printing and has been around since the birth of garment decoration. We print solely with Plastisol inks. Plastisol is a plastic-based ink that has superior longevity and quality which has been an industry standard for decades. Screen Printing is best suited for Cotton garments however some blends/synthetics can be screen printed. Our screen print minimums are 35 units per design/print colour. We can print up to a max of 6 colours.
Embroidery is also one of the oldest garment decoration practices available. Our precision Japanese embroidery machines can transform most designs into high quality, outstanding embroidered pieces & we can also make custom patches right here under the same roof. You can embroider on multiple items such as Caps, Polo Shirts, Tees, Hoodies & Crewnecks + many more items. Embroidery MOQ is 24 Units per design/thread colour.
We can supply a number of high quality blanks from suppliers such as AS Colour, Baseline Blanks, Gildan Brands, RAMO, Flexfit Caps + many more. While we prefer to print on stock we can supply, if you require an item we can’t supply you can also provide BYO garments however these are subject to terms & conditions + surcharge fees to do so.
